I read somewhere that a person can only read about 3,000 books in her lifetime (on average). This depresses me. Only 3,000? I could probably find that many books I wanted to read in a year’s time. Good grief, every time I flip through Romantic Times I find at least 20 or so that sound interesting.
After hearing this stat, I started a list of all the books that I’ve read
Where did summer go? The last thing I remember, it was Memorial Day. But Labor Day has slowly crept up on me, and next week, we’ll start another month.
And I had so many things I needed to get done this summer. Put up my Web site, write two more books, outline two more books, the list goes on … Well, one out of a dozen ain’t bad, I suppose.
What about
I love, love, love Project Runway. The contestants, the judges, the wacky designs … it’s the best reality show on TV.
And it’s a romance novel just waiting to happen.
Think about it. You’ve got all the elements of a good romance. Lovable characters (Kayne!), divas (Laura), strange folks (Vincent, anyone?), drama, catfights, people struggling to overcome obstacles (mainly the weird challenges, like make something out of trash). All that needs to happen is
