A coupon, a coupon, my kingdom for a coupon …
Why is it that whenever I buy clothes I see a sale coupon in the newspaper the very next day? It happened today. Last night, the mom and I went to the mall, and I bought a few things for summer. This morning, I open up the newspaper and what do I see? A coupon for an extra 15 percent off.
Sigh. I think it’s a conspiracy …
I try not to shop unless I have a coupon. They can raise the price 20% and then give me a coupon for 20% and I’m still happy.
But if I buy something and find that it goes on sale the next day I go back to the store and get a refund for the different. If they don’t do that then I just return the item and then repurchase it at the new sale price.
My super power is shopping! 😉
Me too. I looove coupons, especially this one store that where you can buy $75 worth of stuff and get $30 off. Almost half-price.
I also return stuff is the difference between the two prices is big enough. And hey — shopping is an awesome superpower to have! :scooby:
Actually, I think it’s a corollary of Murphy’s Law.
