Bookmarks, eARCS, and More
Bookmarks, bookmarks, bookmarks
One of the coolest things about being an author is getting to make bookmarks for your various books. I currently offer coloring bookmarks for my following series:
Elemental Assassin — Galactic Bonds — Section 47
Crown of Shards — Gargoyle Queen — Mythos Academy spinoff
- To get some bookmarks, I ask that people send me $3 through PayPal, as this helps me cover postage costs.
- If you work at a bookstore/library and would like some bookmarks, please e-mail me for more information.
- I do offer bookmarks to international readers, as long as you can send me $3 U.S. dollars through PayPal. Again, this helps me cover postage costs.
- Still interested in getting the free bookmarks? E-mail me for more information.
Guest blogs, interviews, and e-ARCS
I’m available to do guest blogs and interviews for book blogs and other sites, as my schedule permits. eARCs (electronic advanced reading copies) of my books are also available to reviewers, librarians, and booksellers. If you’d like me to appear on your site or would like to join my eARC team, e-mail me.
However, please note that the eARCs are for dedicated book review sites and blogs. Some examples of book review blogs include Smart Bitches, Trashy Books and Under the Covers Book Blog. You don’t have to like my books, but if you ask for an eARC, then I expect you to read it. I also ask that people who request an eARC read and review the book in a timely fashion, especially if it is a new release, and send me a link of their review when it is posted, even if they don’t like the book.
Don’t e-mail me if you just want to read the book for free. That is not what the eARCs are for. Also, if I send you an eARC and find out that you have pirated the book — in other words, posted it online for free — I will report you to my publisher.
Still interested in joining my eARC team? E-mail me for more information.
No-spoiler policy
I have a no-spoiler policy for all my books/series.
It’s very flattering that folks want to know what’s coming up for my characters. I really do appreciate the interest in my books. However, I do not answer specific, detailed questions about what happens in the next book or give out spoilers.
I’m doing this for a couple of reasons. One, I never know how much of a spoiler someone really wants — in other words, how specific they want me to be and how much they want to know. Second, I don’t want the information to leak online and potentially ruin upcoming books for people who don’t like or stay away from spoilers. So no spoilers.
However, the back cover copy for my books may sometimes contain mild spoilers. So if you want to remain absolutely spoiler-free, you might want to not read the back cover copy for my books.
Appearances
I usually do a few book signings, talks, workshops, and more throughout the year. I post upcoming events on my Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly known as Twitter) pages and on my blog. If you would like me to appear at your event, email me.
